About Ilam Lifecare
Designed by respected architect Paul Foley, Ilam Lifecare offers premium apartments and studios in a warm and welcoming environment. All units are private and self-contained yet fully serviced by out trained staff to provide the peace of mind and the ultimate in comfort and security. There is also a village arcarde and a variety of lounges, driving areas and outdoor gardens where residents can socialise and enjoy fresh air and change of scenery.
Ilam Lifecare is owned and operated by Andrena and Ron Willams. Their aim is to create a positive aging experience for residents and their families. They have both had extensive experience delivering care to the elderly, including over 15 years working with retirement villages. With Ilam Lifecare, Andrena and Ron have combined all their knowledge and experience to deliver the highest possible standard of care.
Ilam Lifecare Staff
All the staff at Ilam Lifecare share the philosophies of Andrena Williams, The General Manager of Ilam Lifecare Village. Andrena's philosophies revolve around "The Resident's Home, Service, Accountability and Sharing the Care."
The Management Team is made up of the following people:
- Village Manager: Andrena Williams.
- Facility Manager: Shirley Mackenzie.
- Apartment/Studio "Sales" Manager: Kathleen Ballin.
The Management Team are supported by a wonderful group of people working in the various areas of the Village. It would not be possible to deliver the service that Ilam prides itself on, without their dedication and commitment. The Care Givers / Registered Nurses / Chef & Kitchen staff / Cleaners / Laundry Staff / Activities Therapists / Maintenance / Allied Professionals / Administration / Volunteers / and the Families themselves, all contribute to the quality of Ilam Lifecare's service delivery to the residents, while maintaining the philosophy that, "Whilst working at Ilam Lifecare we are in the Residents Home."
